Many mobility leaders are being asked to cut costs while continuing to offer the same level of superior service to relocating employees. This session will arm participants with a variety of solutions to bring back to internal stakeholders regarding the downstream impact of cost containment. This workshop style session will guide both corporate and supplier participants through a process to identify new solutions, highlighting both the pros and cons of cost containment globally in regard to flexible mobility solutions, short term domestic assignments, mortgage and real estate trends.
